Nina Laveson is a Licensed Massage Therapist,Certified Hypnotherapist and owner of A Touch of Warmth located
in South Scottsdale. She received her Therapeutic Massage Degree from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in 1997 and her Hypnotherapy Certification from New Beginnings Center in June 2002. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Renewable Natural Resources with a major in Forest-Watershed Management from the University of Arizona.

A Touch of Warmth supports clients in healing physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually in a safe and relaxed environment. Specializing in fibromyalgia massage, sports massage and accident and injury cases, the concentration of Nina¹s practice deals with helping her clients relieve
holding patterns in their bodies and pain reduction. She studied several
different types of modalities that she combines in her therapies. These
include Myotherapy, Swedish, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Reiki and
Hypnotherapy. She has taken course work specifically related to
fibromyalgia massage, sports massage and most recently massage for people
living with cancer. She strongly believes in taking continuing education
classes to further her education.

Nina recommends regular full body massage as the body is a holistic
system and work on one part may be needed to treat another. A full body
massage provides more energy and increases circulation. Therapies
incorporate the dry brushing technique to remove toxins from the body and
range of motion to keep the muscles and joints healthy. She incorporates
hypnotherapy into the massage session upon request for relaxation or
whatever you wish to work on to improve the quality of your life.

Nina has been featured in the March 2000 issue of Sweat magazine.
Publisher of a monthly e-newsletter called "Touching News", she also writes
articles for Arizona Networking News, a holistic healthcare journal and
presents seminars on massage for groups to spread the word about the health
benefits of massage. A volunteer with the Make A Difference Foundation she
is also a member of the International Massage Association and a board member
of the Scottsdale Fibromyalgia Support Group. Nina has also done volunteer
massage at sporting events such as the Muscular Dystrophy Golf Classic and
the 8k Bun Run in Scottsdale. Clients are seen by Nina in her office and
she is also available for Corporate Chair Massage, an on-site massage done
at your office.
